Shipping within the United States
We offer Complimentary 2nd Day Shipping on all orders over $300. Orders over $1000 qualify for Complimentary Overnight Shipping. In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days, with deliveries scheduled Tuesday through Friday. For returns or exchanges, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund based on order value.
International Shipping
International shipments are handled case-by-case. Contact our team via the website for eligibility and assistance.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
We accommodate shipments to addresses different from your billing address. For orders over $500, the alternate address must be pre-verified with your credit card company.
Return Policy
- 14-Day Refund/Exchange: Eligible items can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) or exchange. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (cash purchases refunded by check).
- Holiday Extension: December purchases may be returned through January 10.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom/special-order pieces (e.g., engraved items, eternity rings).
- Loose diamonds sourced specifically for you.
- Sale/discounted items (eligible for exchange/store credit only).
Easy Return Process

- Ship items with the provided label (customer covers return shipping unless due to our error).

In-store returns follow the same 14-day policy for exchanges/store credit (shipping fees non-refundable).
